Pastor John S. James, Senior Pastor

Pastor John James is a servant leader at Action City Dallas, in the great region of Dallas, Texas. He currently serves as Senior Pastor, where he leads the planting of churches in the southern region of the U.S. He is an integral part of the Action Chapel North America network of churches. This is one of the fastest growing networks of churches in North America. Affectionately known as “John James”, he serves and is submitted to the overseer of (ACNA) Archbishop Nicolas Duncan Williams and Bishop Kibby, Presiding Bishop of (ACNA).

John James, served under the leadership of Bishop Kibby Otoo in Alexandria, Virginia prior to launching  Action City Dallas, Texas. 

God has birthed a ministry and passion for teaching and leading prayer by igniting the faith of God’s people through the medium of prayer. John James’ ministry of serving has taken him to the nations of Asia, Africa and within the continental of United States of America. In the US Military is affectionately called "The Preacher of Prayer". John James handles and delivers the Word of God with captivating charisma and uncompromising fervor. His ministry has uniquely evolved into apostolic teachings on the Kingdom of God.

John James holds a degree in Christian Counseling from the Gary Whetstone Bible Institute, and is an accomplished Military Officer of the United States Navy. He is founder and COO of Eaglei Solutions , an IT company which focuses on providing Information Technology solutions to primary technology companies in the Northeastern region in the US.. He is married to Josephine Renee James, his best friend, partner in ministry and life. They have a son, Emmanuel and several daughters.

Pastor Josephine “Renee” James,                                     Executive Pastor

Pastor Josephine “Renee” James is a servant in the Kingdom of God. She currently serves with her husband as Executive Pastor at Action City Dallas, in Dallas, Texas. Josephine Renee James is submitted to the leadership of Archbishop Nicolas Duncan Williams of the Action Ministries International and Bishop Dr. Kibby Otoo, Presiding Bishop of Action Churches North America (ACNA).

Pastor Josephine  is the founder of Girl Nation Incorporated, a 501-c-3 organization dedicated to empowering girls and young adult women nationally and internationally. Girl Nation, Inc. currently serves young women by hosting "Girl Empowered" events in the body of Christ. The ministry serves to build and nurture girls and young adult women through the whole counsel of God's Word, Prayer, Discipleship and Deliverance. In conjunction with the divine assignment as leadership pastor, she also hosts virtual events premiering emerging young adult leaders and influencers.

Pastor Josephine received formal education and training in the United States and the United Kingdom. She also holds degrees and certifications in Biblical Studies,  Education Administration, Organizational Development and School Law. Additionally, she holds an advanced certification in Facilitated Leadership with a concentration in Cultural Competency and Equity.

Pastor Josephine “Renee”  is the founder and CEO of Katalyst Leadership Institute and  author of Katalyst Leadership Curriculum along with several e-courses designed to transform and galvanize a new generation of leaders for Kingdom impact. She has served several church and corporate organizations through the leadership and culture consultant wing of Katalyst Leadership Institute.

Currently, she hosts a weekly online empowerment broadcast “Lean-In, Learn & Lead” which seeks to influence leaders globally to lead with “Grit”, “Grace” and “Integrity”. Pastor Josephine is also the content curator and host of the “Tipping Point” Podcast. This is a platform for thought leaders, spiritual leaders, and those seeking the “Level Up” in their leadership and influence.

Finally, Pastor Josephine “Renee” is witty, insightful and balanced in the teaching of God's Word. Her ministry is characterized by her desire to see people transformed by the Power of God. She has dedicated her life to God and is passionate about serving, ministering and preserving generations. Pastor Josey serves and ministers alongside her husband and best friend Pastor John James. They have a son, several daughters and children being raised to impact and serve their generation.

Bishop  Kibby Otoo, Presiding Bishop

Bishop Dr. Kibby K. Otoo is the Presiding Bishop of Action Chapel North America (ACNA). Affectionately known as Bishop Kibby, he was called to ministry in 1995 in his native land of Ghana, West Africa. He was trained in ministry and served for 20 years as a trusted Assistant to Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, founder of Christian Action Faith Ministries in Accra, Ghana.

 

Bishop Kibby’s ministry has impacted thousands in London, England; Seoul, Korea; South Korea; across the United States, the Caribbean, and many African nations. Bishop Kibby received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana and his Masters of Divinity (M.Div.) from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He later received an honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Virginia University of Lynchburg.

 

Bishop Kibby is married to the lovely Lady Elsie Otoo and has four heaven-sent daughters, Miracle, Christina, Zoe, and Angela.

His Eminence   Archbishop Nicolas Duncan-Williams,

              General Overseer

Nicholas Duncan-Williams is the Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of Action Chapel International Ministry (ACIM), head-quartered in Accra, Ghana. He is recognized as the founder and father of the Charismatic Movement in Ghana and other parts of West Africa. Action Chapel International, one church in many locations, has over 300 affiliate and branch churches located in North America, Europe and Africa. Known in many parts of the world as the Apostle of Strategic Prayer,

 

Archbishop Duncan Williams is also the Founder and President of Prayer Summit International (PSI). The Prayer Summits bring revivals to cities and churches through the power of corporate, intercessory and prophetic prayer. Named by New African Magazine as one of "The 100 Most Influential Africans," Archbishop Duncan-Williams is also Founder of Dominion University, based in Ghana, which is training a new generation in excellence and ethical leadership for ministry, government and business.

 

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams is also founder of Dominion Television (DTV)—a 24 hour Christian network based in Ghana which broadcasts in 23 African countries. 

 

The Archbishop has a distinct apostolic mantle. He is the recipient of many global honors, was trained by the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa and completed biblical studies at the All Nations for Christ Bible Institute in Benin City, Nigeria. He is married to Rosa Whitaker Duncan-Williams, has four children, all in the Ministry, and six grand-children.
